John’s 35 years of industry experience began in the US, continued to The Middle East and SE Asia with Dresser/Western Atlas as a Completion Engineer.  In 1992, he transitioned to a position as a Well Site Manager for Unocal Thailand and currently consults for the Chevron Completion Engineering group in Bangkok.  Chevron Thailand currently drill over 500 wells annually and perforate >40,000 ft per year. His responsibilities include his role as cased hole logging and perforating SME, electricline contract management and the maintaining the CH-OH Composite log he developed in 2005 as well as the Automated Cement Evaluation Scorecard he developed in 2010.

Clint Quattlebaum is Global Product Service Line Coordinator for Halliburton Wireline and Perforating and was an original committee member of the International Perforating Symposium (IPS) in 2008.  His perforating experience stretches from the technical design phase to service delivery at the wellhead.  Clint has held various technical, management, and operations positions around the world, including Asia Pacific Region Technical Sales Manager, United Kingdom Country Manager for Wireline and Perforating, Product Manager for Halliburton’s Jet Research Center, and Perforating Product Champion.  Most recently Clint was recruited to lead the integration of Perforating Systems for Halliburton’s planned acquisition of Baker Hughes.  He is a member of the API-19B subcommittee on perforation system testing and contributes to the RP-67 subcommittee on explosive safety.   Clint also serves on SPE technical committees, including the ATCE Drilling and Completions Coordinator, and Well Completions Chairman.  He holds several patents and has published numerous technical papers on perforating technology.  He holds a BS in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

John is a Senior Well Engineer (CWI) with over 35 years of experience and is currently assigned to Shell’s deepwater development line of business. He is a perforating Subject Matter Expert within Shell and has been active in the International Perforating Forum since its inception and was a co-chairman for the inaugural SE Asia perforating symposium. John has a BSME degree from New Mexico State University. Over the years, John has worked with several manufactures in development of unique perforating charges and systems required to successfully deliver projects within Shell’s portfolio.

Hanaey graduated in 1985 and has 30 years experience in offshore and land oil fields. He worked with GUPCO/AMOCO, ZADCO, SHELL and is currently working with PDO. His interest in perforation started with GUPCO, performing more than 120 perforation jobs. He designed one of the early extreme over balance jobs using nitrified acid in 1996. His reseat in the Flowing Under Balance has been documented by SPE paper and IPS presentation. Hanaey is one of the steering committee members in API RP-67, OTC, IPF and Co chair in section I of API RP -19B and MENAPS. He is part of Shell Global Perforating team and Subject Matter Expert

Jamie is currently working in the EOR Team in the Field Development Centre at Petroleum Development Oman. Jamie is a Life Member of SPE and joined the society in 1981. He has authored/co-authored seven SPE publications. He has served as Membership Chairman in Oman; Chairman of the SPE Membership Committee; Membership Chairman in Saudi Arabia; and Chairman of the Bergen Section in Norway.He is also part of the Fiber Optics Operations Team working on Deployment and Installation. He has 32 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, responsible for onshore and offshore well operations and studies in the Middle East and North Sea and South East Asia (Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Norway, UK and Malaysia). He has extensive experience within production technology, completion technology, production engineering, drilling engineering and reservoir evaluation. More recent experience with EOR Studies and massive hydraulic fracture stimulation of unconventional deep, tight, sour, high pressure oil and gas fields, hydrocarbon maturation, project management, development planning, sand control and artificial lift. Jamie is a Life Member of SPE and joined the society in 1981. He has authored/co-authored seven SPE publications. He has served as Membership Chairman in Oman; Chairman of the SPE Membership Committee; Membership Chairman in Saudi Arabia; and Chairman of the Bergen Section in Norway. He is a European Engineer, a Chartered Engineer and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.

Mohamad Nasif is a Production Technologist and Perforation Subject Matter Specialist in Shell with a focus on well perforation performance, perforation modelling and the implementation of advanced perforation technology. Mohamad has a Master degree in Petroleum Technology from Curtin University and MBA from University of Strathclyde.

Mohamad has been working as a Production Technologist for Shell for 6 years in several Shell locations globally where he built experience in production optimisation, well and perforation modelling.

Dario Lattanzio is ETASA Technology Vice-President. More than 20 years involved in Shaped Charges, Perforating Systems and their accessories. His work at ETASA is to search needs from the field in order to develop new products. Permanently involved in manufacturing process development. Participating as member of API19b Section II sub-committee. As a representative of ETASA, always involved in the relationship with research organizations such as Universities, National Center for Nuclear Activities (CONEA), National Center for Airspace Activities (CONAE), Industrial Technology National Institute (INTI). Representing ETASA in different associations; Board Member for the former Association of Industrial Producers, and Users of Pyrotechnics and Explosives for Civil Use (AICUPEA); Actually President of Argentinean Group of Petroleum Industry Suppliers (GAPP).
