Cam Van Le is a Senior Wells Engineer with extensive experience in deepwater Gulf of America and unconventional oil and gas operations. Over the course of his career, he has held technical, operational, and project leadership roles supporting well completions, production optimization, perforating systems, well testing, and production facilities engineering.

He previously worked for Shell, where he served in multiple engineering roles including Completions Engineer, Production Engineer, Optimization Engineer, and Well Test Engineer. During his tenure, he supported the design and execution of complex deepwater completions and intervention operations, including sand control and frac pack systems, tubing stress analysis, thermal well loading evaluations, and high-value offshore well delivery programs. He also developed significant expertise in perforating operations and technologies, supporting both operational execution and performance optimization initiatives.

Cam is currently Principal Consultant at LEVC Consulting LLC, where he provides technical consulting support for deepwater and land-based operations, including completions, production engineering, well testing, perforating system evaluation, and project execution support. His experience also includes technical audits, failure investigations, well integrity reviews, and expert witness support related to operational and environmental incidents.

In addition to his engineering background, Cam has experience in technology integration, operational analytics, workflow automation, and project management. He has worked with multidisciplinary teams to improve execution efficiency, enhance operational reliability, and support implementation of digital tools and AI-assisted workflows across engineering and business functions.

Cam currently serves as a Director and Vice President on the Executive Committee of the International Perforating Forum (IPFC), where he supports industry collaboration, technical knowledge sharing, and advancement of perforating safety and technology initiatives.
